White oak comes in 3 types (grades); see below for pictures of each.

Here we did a high grade walnut, with a little stain to even out the tones. 

Or, if you’d like a more rustic, farmhouse look, here we have Rustic Pine done in a light stain

White oak Options

All oak is not the same. There is WHITE oak and RED oak. Red oak is that “golden” oak look you often see in builder grade homes from the 90’s. 

But it’s important to understand the way it is cut does make a big difference in the appearance. 

Below are the 3 main types, with rift-sawn considered the “high end” type. It does increase the cost, but it is a very beautiful look.
